Rachel & Gunar's new house

Went to Lawrence over Memorial Day and had a great visit with Monica and Rachel. Gunar is in Alaska working with a summer soccer program. Anywho....I got to see the house that Rach and Gunar have signed a contract on and hopefully will be the proud new owners of at the end of June. It is so cute and is just perfect for the 2 of them. It has wood floors in the bedrooms (2) and living room, new windows, an awesome deck and a nice yard. You would not believe how clean and nice it is inside and out. As an added bonus it is within walking distance of Mass Street! Perfect! I am sure that as soon as they get settled in they will want everyone to come for a visit.
